4. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are due in full before services are delivered, unless otherwise stated in writing.

If you are a monthly client, your payment is due on the 5th of each month.

We offer an early payment discount: If payment is received by the 1st of the month, you will receive a 5% discount on that month’s service fee.

Due to the customized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. If you are unsatisfied, please reach out to discuss possible resolutions.

5. Confidentiality

We treat your business and financial information with the utmost confidentiality. We will never share your data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information to ensure we can deliver our services properly.

6. Intellectual Property
