Yana works closely with business owners to create loan-ready financials, uncover growth opportunities, and build a strong foundation for long-term success. She combines sharp analytical rigor with a genuine passion for helping clients navigate their most important financial decisions.
Yana holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin.

Connar brings eight years of financial services experience from Elite Scheduling Firm, where he previously served as an office manager, honing his ability to thrive in fast-paced, detail-driven environments.
